Not having alot of detail on the arms and legs was the effect i was going for to make it seem more, i dont know...cutesy. That being said batgirl is my least favorite on here too.
This is so cool! One thing that's bugging me though is that Spidey seems a little lethargic...a little more dynamic pose would've greatly increased the energy in the picture...Great work though! Loved it :D
Thanks!
Damn! The perspective on this thing is AMAZING! Great work man!
Thanks a lot mate!
Woah! This really cool! Love your style <3 Hope I can get to this one day :D (Not anywhere near as of now :p)
Thanks man, i'm trying to make a series of this type of work. And as far as making something in this style, i'd say of course practice, but also having quality reference photos of various objects can help your understanding of the figure, clothing, reflective surfaces, etc...
Hey! This is pretty cool (and very cute <3) Just try to crop the picture next time so the focus is more on the picture...cheers! Good luck from a fellow Jazzarian...may the odds be ever in your favor ^_^
thanks my fellow Jazzarian!!! :) good luck to u too and i'll try to crop the picture nxt time still not dat good at editing heh ;P <3
You're choice to only partially color this made the main focus pop out much more! Sketch was pretty well balanced and expressive as well...if anything, I feel that the girl on the left's body proportions are a bit off when compared to the girl on the right (the head to body size ratio)
Good luck for the COTM! It's my first time as well ^_^
Yeah, I know :p! She's more like a caricature. I don't draw people often. I should start though. Character design is so much fun!
Lighting and Contrast in this one is just amazing! <3
Thanks :)
Love your style and use of color in this one :D
Thank you so much!~
This is awesome! I love how you used the sharpness and blurriness of the lines to depict depth and give it a more of a 'popping out' kinda feeling...This is definitely one of the creepiest art pieces I have seen which don't directly use scary monsters or ghosts but it's just the fear of being present in such a situation that gives me the chills...for me, it depicts how sometimes, we are controlled by people who we may have trusted but in reality had a mask on, hiding their true intentions. Bravo!
Thank you for your thorough critique! It makes me really happy x3
I draw stuff...sometimes it's good, sometimes it's not. If you dig what I do, feel free to follow me ^_^ Thanks!
